X Series - Ready to Mix

The X-Series is Non-Phthalate Plastisol Color Mixing System consisting of 15 ready-for-use colors that can be combined to match the desired color. These colors were developed to be easy-to-mix, high opacity, and provide excellent coverage.
Excellent for high production, wet-on-wet printing.

White Garments: Mix colors per formulation or by pretested color formulations on 100% cotton fabrics.
Dark Garments: Recommend printing color formulations over a white underlay. Use LB9215 Majestic White or LB9160 White Low Bleed for printing on polyester/cotton blends. Print over SB0850 Velocity Blocker Grey for 100% polyester fabrics.
Mix colors in clean containers, and avoid any contamination.
For softer hand, we recommend mixing finished color with SB0120 Soft Hand Base or SB0600 Suave Clara Base 1 -10% by weight. Due note, additives will reduce opacity and/or viscosity of finished ink. Always test before putting into production.
