WB0227 WB ElastaPrint Base

WB0227 WB ElastaPrint Base is a High Solids PVC-Free water based ink which when used in conjunction with our Super Strength WB Pigments will produce opaque, soft and elastic prints. WB ElastaPrint Base is designed for high-stretch fabrics and can be used in conjunction with our Super Strength WB Pigments.

This product may be printed through a variety of screen meshes from 160 to 305 monofilament polyester. Printing technique and environment is very important when printing through the higher mesh counts. It is often best to “flood coat” the screen after each print to help keep the ink from drying in the screen.

Variations in the ink deposit will affect the shade of the final print, so maintain consistent squeegee angle and pressure.

This is a water based product, so it is imperative that you use water-resistant emulsion.
