PA-225 Premium Pallet Adhesive

PA-225 Premium Pallet Adhesive is a ready-to-use eco-friendly water based pallet adhesive, designed to be used as an alternative to conventional aerosol spray mist. PA-225 is a pressure sensitive high tack pallet adhesive that creates a secure non-permanent bond between the substrate and pallet during screen printing, while allowing for easy removal without leaving residue.

1. Clean area to be treated, apply PA-225 by roller or plastic ink card. Use in full strength to ensure no residue in left on substrate.
2. Apply PA-225 adhesive on pallet, and allow to dry for few seconds. Adhesive should be tack dried. Alternatively, apply PA-225 evenly and flash for quick drying for no more than 2 seconds and allow for pallet to cool before beginning production.
3. Once adhesive is dry, and/or pallets are cool (post-flash) PA-225 will hold substrate in position for many rounds of printing.
