LC9533 LC Apollo Poly White

LC9533 LC Apollo Poly White is a press-ready, out-of-the-bucket low-cure plastisol white ink formulated for poly-cotton blends, synthetic fabrics, and 100% polyester. LC Apollo Poly White delivers outstanding dye-migration resistance and adhesion properties, giving printers a reliable, production-grade white that performs consistently across the most demanding synthetic substrates.

LC Apollo Poly White is a ready-for-use formulation and requires no modification prior to printing. Print directly onto fabric using a mesh count between 110 and 160 mc/in. A medium-hard squeegee with a sharp edge is recommended for achieving high-definition print results.

LC Apollo Poly White cures between temperatures 270° F (132°C) to 320°F (160°C). We recommend testing your dryer with an Atkins Temperature Probe prior to running production.

For poorly dyed fabrics or substrates with high dye-migration risk, use Velocity Blocker Grey (SB0850) or Velocity Blocker Black (SB8995) as an under base. Both products are formulated for low-cure compatibility and pair directly with LC Apollo Poly White without requiring process adjustments.
