HD9000 High Density White is a plastisol white that will create a raised soft hand high density print. HD9000 is a plastisol for printing on medium to dark cotton fabrics.

HD9000 High Density White can be printed on 100% Cotton fabrics and some cotton blends (test fabric before use).
For best results, use a lower mesh count and a high-density thick film or a high viscosity emulsion designed for high density printing. Recommend between 200 – 400 Micron capillary film.
Print directly on fabric for best results (can be printed over under base). Flood the screen to fill the mesh completely with ink and print with Medium Durometer squeegee. Adjust off-contact accordingly.
Use Print-Flash-Print method to build density/height of film.
