DGR-800 Degreaser

DGR-800 Degreaser is for removing oil and sizing from new or old screens. Use it prior to stencil film applications and after ink removal. Emulsions and films will not stick to greasy or dirty screens. It's effective even in hard water, and rinses clean with hot or cold water. Also, contains wetting agent for applying capillary films.

  • Non-Photochemically Reactive
  • Mix 1 part chemical to 1 part water, and mix thoroughly.
  • After removal of ink, block-out, and emulsion, spray DGR-800 on both sides of the screen.
  • Scrub screen with non-abrasive pad or brush.
  • Flood rinse the screen from top to bottom ensuring all residue washes off the screen.
