WT-500 Water TreatmentImage Technology's WASTEWATER Treatment System is a continuous flow unit capable of handling different flow rates of wastewater containing plastisol and water based inks and also treat total suspended solids, oil and grease, B.O.D., C.O.D. and heavy metals that are contained in this effluent. The design allows flexibility in the process depending upon the quality of water to be treated. The basic principle of the system is the charge destabilization of the contaminants dissolved in the water in order to agglomerate them for their latter precipitation. The steps required for this process are known as coagulation/flocculation/sedimentation. After this treatment, the water is polished using fine filtration and granulated, activated carbon to absorb organic pollutants left in the water. The sludge generated is further treated and dewatered using a filter press. Option:
