Image Technology announces the introduction of the SWR 200 Screen Reclaiming system .The SWR 200 is a low cost system capable of processing multiple sized screens up to 5ft x 5ft without carriages or adjustments. With reclaim speeds up to 2 minutes for a completed screen this system is the fastest proven unit on the market. This completely self contained stainless steel unit effective removes Emulsion, Ink, Dehazes ( optional), Degreases ( optional) and Dries (optional) screens increasing screen room production while eliminating employee exposure.

The Image Technology SWR 200 is the most economical and proven unit on the market with numerous printing facilities processing in excess of 1000 screens per day with these units.

Standard Features include Chemical recirculation or per screen application, blockout removal cycle, Emulsion removing recirculation system or per screen application system, low noise (less than 70db) Programmable PLC controller enabling the user to operate system in any configuration along with remote access and production management tracking, The SWR systems have the lowest water and chemical usage of any system on the market.
