SC-6003 Ink Wash is a economical low odor screen wash for complete removal of all types of plastisol inks. This product is recommended to be used with screen reclaiming machines (or wash out sinks), such as conveyorized SWR-Series reclaiming machines. This ink remover is designed to not lock-up or attack the emulsion or mesh fabric, while also effective as a pallet and belt adhesive remover.

This product can be re-circulated or applied manually using one of the following applications.

INK WASH-OUT AT THE SINK

Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply to ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Finally, rinse away all residue using high pressure water.

Dispose of in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations.

RECIRCULATING WASH

Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered through a manual or auto-advance filtration unit and reused.

Dispose of in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations.

Directions:

Apply product on screen, scrub image area with a soft pad then pressure wash off product with high pressure wash.

Flood rinse screen after use to ensure clean screen.
